Carbureted 3.5? 3.9 with CUX? 4.6 GEMS (insanity)? I need details, man.

Probably not running in excess of the radiator and planning to boil at a stop, then. Probably. A well sorted 3.5 is not a bad way to go.

The car had dual 12" electrical fans up front, so I don't think overheating would be a problem. :)

I've got a set of 12" fans from the Range Rover that was my parts donor. They'll probably run whatever I have set up for mine just fine, though without a published CFM number they'll be a bit more marginal than that guy (I ran the numbers a while back).

Ahh well.. I think they'll do just fine :)

Selling the rights to that engine was the worst decision that GM has ever made. A 3.5 liter short stroke all aluminum V8 that weight less than the average cast iron block cylinder of the time...it could have been GMs "halo" engine back in the 60's-70's.
The fact that they tried to buy it back from Rover Group only to have them laugh and say "NO!" just goes to prove it.
